Noncredit Program Policies

Attendance – Individual noncredit programs have attendance policies set by third parties and regulatory agencies. However, for all other classes, successful course completion is based upon 80% attendance.

Refund Policy – To withdraw from a class and get a full refund (minus the cost of textbook if included in the course fee), notify us in writing before the beginning of the second class. For classes that meet only once, refunds are issued only if requested prior to the start of class. The materials fee is not refundable if withdrawal takes place within five days of class start.

Cancellation Policy – Classes are subject to alternative delivery methods (live, remote, online) or cancellation based on low enrollment or factors beyond college control. If the delivery method is adjusted or class canceled, we will notify you as soon as possible.
