What is a certificate in Cybersecurity?
The Cybersecurity Certification program equips students with the technical skills to configure and troubleshoot networks, apply cybersecurity principles to protect digital systems, and conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses. The curriculum covers secure network and system administration, ethical hacking, and penetration testing to assess defenses, along with essential networking (CompTIA Net+), cybersecurity fundamentals (CompTIA Security+), and Linux administration (CompTIA Linux+). Students also learn scripting for security, object-oriented programming with Python, and offensive security (PenTest+), and complete the program with a Capstone for IT Professionals.
