Library and Educational Support Services
The library and Educational Support Services (ESS) provide a variety of free services for students to discover their individual academic skills and to become self-sufficient, independent, life-long learners. Services are offered by Disability Support Services (DSS) learning specialists, Career & Technical Education (CTE) learning specialists, professional and peer tutors, and the Keystone Education Yields Success (KEYS) grant facilitator. The library and tutoring services are located in room 212. DSS and CTE learning specialists, and KEYS grant facilitator are located on the first floor. Tutors offer assistance in specific subject areas such as writing, math, and science. Learning specialists offer assistance in learning skills such as how to study, how to take a test, how to take notes in class, etc.
Librarians offer assistance with using library resources and with the research process. Librarians are also available at Main Campus at 610-799-1150.
Noncredit Career Pathways
The Donley Center offers noncredit programming to help students enter a career pathway. GED preparation, GED testing, English as a second language, and short term job training programs.
The Donley Center site offers a variety of services for Spanish speaking students like English as a Second Language courses, bilingual and multilingual faculty and staff, and a wide variety of student support options in a number of subject areas. Additionally, LCCC’s ASPIRA first-year experience program supports Latino/a/x students during their transition to college.
