Mission

LCCC faculty coaches partner with faculty in a confidential environment to foster innovation, community building, culturally responsive pedagogy and professional development by supporting faculty exploration, experimentation and self-analysis in pursuit of student and instructor success.

Vision

Engage with faculty through collaboration, listening, sharing resources, developing teaching strategies and reviewing evidence-based research to empower faculty to develop concrete goals and implement strategies to meet them.
